Terms of Service
Estimates and pricing
Pricing is presented and approved before work begins. Estimates assume normal access and conditions; if hidden conditions are discovered, we will stop, explain the change, and get your approval before continuing.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are estimates. Emergency calls and permit or inspection requirements can shift arrival times; we will keep you informed of any change.
Workmanship and warranties
Labor is warranted as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and fixtures. Warranties do not cover misuse, freeze damage, third-party alterations, or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of work performed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless a written financing or payment plan is in place. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur additional fees.
